These auctions take place twice a year, in February and August and are held in the first floor saleroom. Since ELR started holding these specialist auctions in 2000 their popularity has soared and has become one of the largest, well attended auctions in the region.

ELR's Specialist Valuer holds two Valuations and Appraisal Days by appointment in the Saleroom prior to each auction. If you are not able to attend one of these days in person you are welcome to bring items in into the Valuations team Monday to Thursday, where they will ensure that the Valuer sees them during his visit.

We produce a printed catalogues for these auctions and they are listed on both our website and many specialist auction sites such as The Antiques Trade Gazette "The Saleroom.com", Invaluable and UKAuctioneers.com and notifications are mailed to our comprehensive databases of both Trade and Private buyers. They are also advertised within the Local, National and Trade press and other publications.
