These auctions, which take place in the first floor saleroom are normally held three times a year and comprise approximately 300 to 400 Lots.

They include everything from single book consignments, to small collections and comprehensive library collections.

Since these regular sales began early in 2006 they have become increasingly popular and include many local interest Antiquarian Books, Modern First Editions, Children's Books and Annuals, illustrated books, plus many boxed Lots. Also covered in these sales are both UK and USA Comics, Annuals, Autographs, Photographs, Magazines, Film & Theatre Programmes, Playbills & Film and Theatre Posters.

ELR have a Specialist Valuer in the Saleroom, Monday to Thursday, for free pre-sale appraisals and advice, however it is recommended that an appointment is made to ensure that he is available and has the appropriate amount of time to appraise your items.

We produce a printed catalogues for these auctions and they are listed on both our website and many specialist auction sites such as The Antiques Trade Gazette "The Saleroom.com", Invaluable and UKAuctioneers.com and notifications are mailed to our comprehensive databases of both Trade and Private buyers. They are also advertised within the Local, National and Trade press and other publications.
