These auctions are usually held with the Quarterly Antiques Auctions however there will occasionally be additional auctions take place as consignments from Galleries and Museums are also accepted along with private Vendors from within the Derbyshire and South Yorkshire region.

These are specialist catalogued auctions comprising Watercolours, Oils, Prints including signed Limited Editions, Maps, Engravings, Etchings, Lithographs, Aquatints, Pencils, Pastels, etc plus very modern art and abstract works.

We produce a glossy printed catalogues for these auctions and they are illustrated and listed on both our website and many specialist auction sites such as The Antiques Trade Gazette "The Saleroom.com", Invaluable and UKAuctioneers.com and notifications are mailed to our comprehensive databases of both Trade and Private buyers. They are also advertised within the Local, National and Trade press and other publications.

ELR hold regular Specialist 'Paintings and Prints' Valuation Days in the Saleroom by appointment; plus the Valuations team is also available in the Saleroom, Monday to Thursday between 10am and 4pm, for free pre-sale appraisals and advice.
