FORTNIGHTLY ‘ANTIQUES AND COLLECTABLES’ AUCTIONS

These auctions, which take place in the ground floor saleroom each fortnight on a Fridays from 11am are a good mix of approximately 500 to 600 Lots and include everything from single items consignments, small collections and estate clearance; comprising Glass, European and Oriental Ceramics, pottery and porcelain, usually as single items i.e. Doulton and Beswick figurines etc to a good selection of tray Lots, such as tea and dinner services etc. Plus many Silver and Silver Plate items, Jewellery and Watches, Paintings and Prints, Mirrors, and all manner of Collectors Items, many Toys, box Lots of Linens, Mantle and other Clocks, many Books and Magazines.

There is always a good variety of Antique Furniture, from the Victorian and Edwardian period such as bedroom and dining room suites, tables, chairs, occasional furniture and upholstered items, plus some occasional earlier period items. This auction will also hold Later Modern and Reproduction furniture, Oak, Mahogany, Pine, Walnut, Rosewood, Satinwood etc.

The catalogues for these auctions are listed on both our website and specialist auction sites and notifications are mailed to comprehensive databases of buyers. They are also advertised within the local and trade press and other publications.

ELR's Valuations team is available in the Saleroom, Monday to Thursday between 10am and 4pm, for free pre-sale appraisals and advice.
